Teacher Appreciation Gift – Pencil Vase

Have you been trying to figure out a nice teacher appreciation gift? Well, if you and the kiddos like to do crafts, I have one for you to check out.

It is a pencil vase! Cute, right? This is super easy and very budget friendly. You can get most of the supplies at the dollar store or you can always order online at places like Amazon too.

Supplies:

• Tall Cylindrical Vase (approximately 7 1/2″ tall)
• 40-50 Yellow Wooden Pencils
• Ribbon
• Artificial Flowers
• Hot Glue

Directions: 

First, you want to attach pencils to vase using hot glue. It works best if you only try to add one or two at a time. Then you want to tie a bow around the vase with the ribbon.

Last, just add some pretty flowers and you are good to go! You could use real flowers if you wanted, but the artificial last so much longer and the teacher will not have to worry about watering it.
