I want to learn how to coupon so that I can get more for what little I have to spend every month. I am on SSI and unfortunately I only get $180 a month in food stamps and very little left in cash to help, so I run out of food at least 1 week before I get paid and can buy more until I get my food stamps. So I really need to learn how to coupon.

Hi Judie. I’m sorry to hear about your situation, that is very hard. Unfortunately I am no longer posting coupon deals. I would recommend trying to meal plan around your store sales each week. So check the store flyers and if for instance chicken is on sale, maybe plan several meals with chicken over the next couple weeks. Also beans, rice and vegetables are good additions to any meal to help lower the costs since meat tends to be the most expensive part of the meal. Meal planning around store sales is super important because it helps you get more meals out of your money and also keeps you from buying things that aren’t on your list. I hope that helps some! 🙂
