Adorable (And Super EASY!) Rudolph Cupcakes

These Rudolph Cupcakes make such a cute Christmas treat for holiday parties and get togethers! They are very easy to make and something the children will enjoy helping you assemble.

Whoever thought that combining cookies, caramel and cupcakes would make a delicious treat? Well, I’m here to say it makes a tasty treat and cute one too! Have the kids help you assemble Rudolph and enjoy these as part of your Christmas activities this year!

They are super easy to make, so the kids can have some hands on fun! We are making these a new holiday tradition to add to those Christmas memories! I don’t know of any child that doesn’t love Rudolph!

Besides the ingredients, you’ll also need a mini leaf cookie cutter to make the antlers.

Adorable (And Super EASY!) Rudolph Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can Chocolate Frosting
  • 24 Vanilla Wafers
  • 24 Red Candy Decorations
  • 48 Candy Eyes
  • 1 bag Kraft Caramels

Instructions

  1. Make cupcakes according to directions.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Ice the top of the cupcake.
  4. Place the vanilla wafer on the cupcake.
  5. Using icing as "glue" on place the red circle in the middle of the vanilla wafer.
  6. Place 2 eyes just above the vanilla wafer.
  7. Heat the caramels 2 at a time for 10 seconds.
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll the caramels out to about 1/8" thick.
  9. Using a mini leaf cookie cutter, cut out 2 antlers for each reindeer cupcake.
  10. Place in refrigerator to get antlers to harden.
  11. Place antlers on each cupcake above eyes.

    Oh my gosh! I LOVE these, they are so cute & look pretty easy to make. My daughter’s birthday is a week before Christmas so I make a cute treat for her to take to school. This year I’m definitely making these, her & the class will love them! Thanks for sharing 🙂
