Would you like to save some time and add a little extra sanity into your daily schedule? Then give menu planning a try!
Menu planning doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need any fancy software or to sign up for a meal planning membership. Just a piece of paper, 15 minutes a week, and a magnet to keep your list on the fridge will work.
Here are some excellent reasons to menu plan.
- Meal and menu planning eliminate the daily “what’s for dinner?” drama that we can all do without.
- More money is saved! When you have a plan it is much easier to stick to the shopping list and it also prevents more food from going to waste because you can factor in a leftover night or plan to re-use them in some other way, like lunches.
- Your diet is healthier. It’s so much easier to remember the veggies when they are listed on the menu!
Those are just a few of the reasons to make a menu plan, even if it is for just one meal per day. Here are this week’s menu suggestions!
