Most of you know by now that one of my sons is on a gluten free diet. He also can’t have dairy items and doesn’t do well with refined sugars. This means I have to carefully watch the food labels of anything he eats, and I always start with gluten free, then go from there checking for the other ingredients he can’t have.
Since GF deals are hard to come by, I have decided to offer two round ups each week of gluten free deals since many of you are on the same road of following a restricted diet for your health. Some of the stuff you will see is only gluten free and it ends up having some of the other ingredients that he can’t have, but I know some of you can have, so I will pass the deal on for you to enjoy! 🙂
If you could share any deals you come across as well so we can all help each other on this journey of eating gluten free, that would be terrific!
Here is today’s list of Gluten-Free Deals! Be sure to check back EVERY TUESDAY & SATURDAY for the new selection of gluten-free deals that we have found for you!

I truly apologize Sean, I have spent the better half of this week going back and forth to the auto mechanic and haven’t been able to be on the computer much. You did a terrific job on the video! I love how you show the ad and actually let them see that finding deals on GF items can be tough. Thank you so much for the awesome shout out! I truly appreciate the kind words! My 6 year old son has been gluten free since he was about 2 years old and it has helped him so much! I think it’s great that you are helping people try to eat gluten free for less, because although it is fairly expensive, I think it can really help people feel better. I also think that if more people ate that way, it would bring the prices down a bit as it became more mainstream. I will definitely be following you in your challenge, I’m excited to see how it goes for you! Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with as you go along. I have learned quite a bit in the last 4+ years on the GF road with my son, and I’m happy to help however I can!
