I am sure most of you know by now that one of my kids is on a gluten free diet. Â He also can’t have dairy and doesn’t do well with refined sugars. Needless to say I have to carefully watch the food labels of anything he eats, and I always start with gluten free, then go from there checking for the other ingredients he can’t have.
Since GF deals are hard to come by, I have decided to offer two round ups each week of gluten free deals since many of you are on the same road of following a restricted diet for your health.
