Most of you probably are aware that one of my kids is on a gluten free diet. Â He also can’t have dairy and doesn’t do well with refined sugars. Needless to say I have to carefully watch the food labels of anything he eats, and I always start with gluten free, then go from there checking for the other ingredients he can’t have.
Since GF deals are hard to come by, I have decided to offer two round ups each week of gluten free deals since many of you are on the same road of following a restricted diet for your health. Some of the stuff you will see is only gluten free and it ends up having some of the other ingredients that he can’t have, but I know some of you can have, so I will pass the deal on for you to enjoy! 🙂

Did you see that Amazon offers a bunch of gluten-free kindle cookbooks for Free? You don’t need a kindle to get them, I just download them right onto my computer and browse through them there. They have an amazing amount of GF recipes available and I love not having to pay for the cookbook!
