Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Nothing like a classic meal for dinner. If you are a stroganoff fan, I have a Beef Stroganoff Recipe for you to check out. This is a pretty simple recipe that I am sure you will find yourself using over and over again.

Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef stew meat or stir-fry meat
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tbs. garlic powder
- 5 oz can of mushrooms
- salt & pepper taste
- 12 oz package of egg noodles
Instructions

Brown the beef and mushrooms in a large dutch oven or saucepan.

While the beef is browning bring a large pot of water to boil, add in the egg noodles and cook them according to the package directions.

Once the meat has browned, add in the cream of mushroom soup and garlic powder.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low/medium heat.

Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and in salt & pepper to taste.
