1. Buy 4 Specially Marked Packages of Totino’s Pizzas (I believe these are right around $1.25 at Walmart, but I am working on getting a price for sure)
2. Enter your 4 codes online before 6/1/13
3. Select how you would like to receive your $5.00 rebate, by mail or by PayPal.
4. A check will be mailed to you or $5 deposited into your PayPal account. Limit one rebate per household.
