I just called JCPenney @ 1-855-527-5437 to sign up for a free hair cut appointment! It was super easy. They just asked for name, contact information and preferred time/dates! If you have a kiddo going into k-6 JCPenney is offering FREE Hair Cuts in August will appointments last. Call and get an appointment.
