Did you try scanning it? Sometimes the sales aren’t marked but they are still on sale. I just picked up 3 of these at our local store for Free!
If you are headed back that way, it might be worth it just to ask them to scan it. Most month-long sales like that are usually nationally available. Hope that helps!
